Learn how to find and stabilise your "neutral" spine, what are and how to engage your "core," learn to keep your upper body tension free and discover a new way of breathing that will help your lung capacity, help with respiratory conditions and improve your Pilates control.
Please remember this is a set scheduled course so please check that you can attend all 5 weeks to in order to learn the material correctly and effectively. If you miss a week, we will recap briefly the following week but we recommend you book in for an extra 1:1 in order to go over what you missed in more depth (extra costs apply). Please don't miss week 1 which is the key principles section.
